After purchasing my first Phoenix rental property and converting it to an Airbnb, I hired one of the largest property management companies in the country. Being on the outside looking in, from both a property owner and guest facing perspective, it was clear: the property management game needed to be elevated. In 2020, it was this simple idea that founded Arcation Rentals. With years of experience in hospitality, interior design, and real estate I’ve been able to combine these interests into my passion for creating and managing profitable rentals throughout Arizona.
